Wargame Rules

The wargame is a battle between two military forces. The players take turns moving their units and making attacks as described in the rules. The wargame is divided into phases called the Sequence of Play. During the movement phase, units are selected to reinfore and move. During the combat phase, units are selected to attack, resolve combat, retreat and advance. Each side has critical industries and resources to supply units to maintain their movement and combat status. And the end of the play, victory is determined by Victory Points. Victory Points are awarded for objectives such as the number of enemy defeated or captured. Victory Points are also awarded for ground held or destroyed.
